I recently purchased a new Nissan from Twin City and during the process there was a misunderstanding. I was extremely impressed by the way this was handled. Not only did the sales manager and general manager get involved but the actual owner of the company was involved. It says a lot about a company when the owner comes to the dealership to make sure his customers are taken care of. This is not a small dealership this one is part a a large company so I was blown away when the owner introduced himself to me and assured me he was going to make sure I was satisfied with my new car. I did not tell him this but back in the early 90s I dealt with his father in law Mr. Rutty and that was one of the most honest and down to earth man I ever met. Well after my experience yesterday I can tell that Mr. Rutty's daughter chose a husband that is like her father. One last thank you is to the sale-man. I could not have asked for a more polite and knowledgeable salesman. He not only made sure I was satisfied but, he made sure I knew everything about the SUV I needed to know and made me feel like I can trust that they will be there for all my service needs in the future.
